Federal law (HR1) is bringing new work requirements and more frequent renewals to the Oregon Health Plan, starting in January 2027. Our message to the community: don’t let the changes stop you from applying or renewing. Help is available every step of the way.

Regional HR1 Communications Work Group

JRHA co-facilitates a regional work group with Jackson County Public Health that brings together health systems, community health centers, county public health, the Oregon Health Authority, and community organizations across Jackson and Josephine counties.

Together, the group coordinates clear, consistent messaging, connects residents with enrollment help, and works to reduce preventable loss of coverage.
